In this relatively straight forward project management role, I ensured delivery and installation of all Poliform master bedroom wardrobes, co-ordinating timeframes with the construction teams and working in with other site trades. All variations, defects and project milestones were thoroughly documented and actioned to assure a smooth and high quality outcome.
