As kitchen designer for luxury Italian brand, Boffi, under Space and Poliform Australia, I was responsible for project managing installation of the kitchens and all Poliform wardrobes. The project scope was for 33 apartments over 4 buildings - one apartment per level.
My scope was to collaborate with the interior architects, liaise with the asset management team and co-ordinate the installation programme with the main contractor’s build programme. This involved working cohesively with the Space/Poliform specialised installation team, sub-contractors and suppliers as well as other site trades whilst being supported by the Space/Poliform back-end, warehousing and finance teams. Actively working together with the marketing agents allowed end purchasers additional Boffi bespoke designs and services.
This prestigious project was the first high-end multi-residential project for Boffi in Australia.
