My role as Poliform Project Manager involved overseeing the joinery installation for seven apartments over eight levels, one apartment per level, with the penthouse occupying two levels.  The joinery package included kitchens, four wardrobe configurations per apartment, laundries, studies, linen, hall and electrical storage areas.  

I was responsible for the management and co-ordination of programme schedules with the main build contractor, installation teams, trades, logistics and the back-end support team as well as liaison with the architect, project consultants and project accountants.  Ensuring milestone payments, claims, variations, defects and handover were documented and actioned in a timely manner was key to achieving a successful outcome.
